After more than 30 years in organizational development and transformational coaching, she left a successful executive career to focus on empowering women to reconnect with their authenticity and inner authority. As founder of Awakening the Consciousness Within, LLC, Brenda supports women in moving beyond internal barriers shaped by self-silencing and inherited belief patterns.
